He made sure that I knew everything about mazda and all the benefits I would be receiving. They were able to meet my financial needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the car. Chris Blackburn was also extremely efficient while signing papers and kept a smile on his face the whole time.

This was my 5th new car buying experience and by far the BEST one! I kept waiting for the stress and problems, but everything was perfect. This was a big deal for me as it was my first non GM car and not getting my fathers GM family discount. I've driven my car for almost a week now and I absolutely love everything about it and having a great buying experience makes it even better.

I built a car online of the one I wanted, and submitted my request to Independence Mazda. In less than an hour I got a phone call from Annette Royster, who went above and beyond to find the interior/exterior and trim style of the CX-5 we were looking for. Annette took great care of us, and told us so many things about the CX-5 that we were unaware of. We drove off the lot with the car that we wanted, and couldn't be happier!! George did an excellent job finding me the car I wanted. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for but I found George to be extremely knowledgable about the products and I landed on a CX 5. I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed, he made the car buying process very easy. I will be back to independence Mazda for future business.
